For award-winning chef Hong Thaimee, afternoon tea represents love. In her Thai-inspired afternoon tea, she explores the tiered structure of savory, scone, and sweet as a conversational point between friends. Paired with music curated by flutist Annie Wu and performed with pianist Markus Kaitila, Thai Tea and Love Songs is an afternoon of enjoying beauty and each other’s company.
Musicians Annie Wu and Markus Kaitila will play 30-minute sets during each seating, including beautiful love-inspired selections by Mozart, Schumann, Fauré, Dvorak, and more.
